We welcome Dr. Erica Leone to our pediatric dental offices!
We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Erica Leone to our pediatric dental practice! Dr. Leone is a North Carolina native born and raised in Burlington, NC. She received her undergraduate degrees at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill double majoring in Biology and Italian. Dr. Leone continued her education receiving her Doctorate of Dental Surgery from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry where she served as Vice President of her class for 3 years. She went on to complete her specialty training in Pediatric Dentistry at Columbia University/New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY. She is an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, and North Carolina Dental Society.
Dr. Leone’s parents were born in Colombia, South America and raised her to be bilingual in English and Spanish. She is so excited to finally call Wilmington her home! Outside of the office, she loves to travel with her husband Nicco, spend time with her niece and nephew here in Wilmington, scuba dive, and play golf and tennis.
Dr. Leone is accepting new patients and will be available from 8AM-5PM in the Leland office on Mondays and Fridays, as well as the Wilmington office on Thursdays. She is honored to be in a profession that she loves and looks forward to making your child’s dental experience positive and enjoyable.
